Mr. Atiku Saki Mansoor

Mr. Atiku Saki Mansoor is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda and a seasoned legal practitioner with over 17 years of experience spanning private legal practice and public service. He currently serves as the Registrar of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Appeals Tribunal, a subvention under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. As Registrar, he heads the Tribunal Secretariat and oversees its administrative and operational functions, supporting the effective discharge of the Tribunal’s mandate. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Makerere University, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law from Uganda Christian University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Islamic University in Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. His professional expertise includes procurement law, civil law, land law, corporate governance, board affairs management, adjudication of quasi-judicial matters, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Throughout his career, he has undertaken several professional development programmes, including certifications in Mediation, Conflict Resolution and Mediation, Effective Report Writing and Minute Taking, Whole-of-Government Approach for Performance Improvement in the Public Sector, and Corporate Governance Practices for Organizational Sustainability from reputable institutions in Uganda and the region, including the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda. A dedicated public servant and legal professional, he brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and experience to the administration of public procurement justice and dispute resolution in Uganda. He is married and a proud father of four children.
